A modern temple for tactical medicine, born from myth and fieldwork.
MACHAΩN brings together paramedicine, tactical thinking and classical discipline: concise teaching, scenario-based learning and tools for clinicians who live and work at the sharp end.
Initial content will focus on pre-hospital decision making, tension physiology, trauma priorities and the quiet craft of doing the basics well under fire.
MACHAΩN is being built as a small, serious space for clinicians who care about both the science and the craft of medicine in austere environments. No hype, no drama – just thoughtful content shaped by real practice.
Pre-hospital teaching
Short, structured sessions on clinical reasoning, pathophysiology and priorities in trauma, critical illness and cardiac emergencies – designed for paramedics, combat medics and other pre-hospital clinicians.
Tactical & fieldcraft angles
How environment, tactics and human factors shape treatment: working in the dark, under time pressure, with limited kit – and still aiming for clean, reproducible practice.
Tools, templates & drills
Checklists, mental models, micro-drills and reference material to support teaching sessions, CPD and unit training – from simple aides-mémoire to more advanced decision tools.
A quiet launch is planned: the first wave of content will go to a small group of clinicians, instructors and medically curious misfits. If you would like to hear when the channel and resources go live, you can drop a line here:
